"MSH own the freehold of 8 blocks containing approximately 80 long leasehold flats all of which are managed by Duke Management. The first development Rod and Lynda managed for us contained two blocks with 20 flats and was constructed over 10 years ago. It is testament to the service offered by them that they were appointed at the outset and have been retained by the residents to the present day. In my view Duke Management are highly professional and extremely efficient and above all have offered the owners of these flats excellent value for money".
