We have been dealing with Rod Carmichael of Duke Letting Since 1991. In 1998 he took over the management of a block of 12 purpose built flats which, in our opinion, he has managed in a very efficient and professional manner. He has overseen improvements to the exterior of the property and dealt very promptly with any problems that have arisen. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

MSH own the freehold of 8 blocks containing approximately 80 long leasehold flats all of which are managed by Duke Management. The first development Rod and Lynda managed for us contained two blocks with 20 flats and was constructed over 10 years ago. It is testament to the service offered by them that they were appointed at the outset and have been retained by the residents to the present day. In my view Duke Management are highly professional and extremely efficient and above all have offered the owners of these flats excellent value for money.
